It ranges from a few weeks to a few months. If it is a staff that on our screened candidate list, and they are already available and you are able interview them within a few days then hiring and onboarding can happen in less than a few weeks. However, on the other hand if it is a new position we need to recruit for and after considering time for interviews and availability periods for candidates can range it could take up to 3 months.

We calculate your staff's hourly rate as follows: Hourly Rate = (Employee direct cost + Accodal fee) x 12 months / 260 work days / 8 hours. There are various rates that are used as a multiplier to your staff's hourly rate.
Standard overtime rate on a normal working day (Non holiday Mon-Fri) is paid 125%
Standard overtime rate on a non-working day aka "Rest Day" (Non holiday Sat-Sun) is paid 130%Working Holidays will have different premiums as follow:
The premium required for staff to work Regular Philippine Public Holidays is + 100%
The premium required for staff to work Special Philippine Public Holidays is + 30%
The premium required for staff to work Regular Philippine Public Holidays on a Rest Day is + 260%, while, Special Philippine Public Holidays on a Rest day is 150%

Every staff is provided a PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset as well as a windows license. We can accommodate a range of computer equipment needs such as multiple monitors or other hardware specs.
